SA Brain are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to join the team. To be appointed you will be a service ambassador encouraging the team to exceed customer expectations on every occasion. Your winning attitude will be contagious and going the extra mile for all our customers is part of the day job. To help provide great service you will have the desire and ability to assist with the recruitment of the right people to join the team, coach and develop team members through robust training programmes and continuous communication such as daily briefings, team meetings and 1:1. For the customer you will be able to prioritise your workload so that the focus is always service during key times, recommendation of products and ensuring consistent delivery of food and drink products throughout the day. For the manager you will have the desire and ability to help manage cash and stock to ensure that the business delivers a successful financial performance, alongside this you will also have the skill to ensure that all legislative requirements are completed such as Food Safety and Health & Safety.
