Title:Junior Web Designer / Digital Marketer Proposed Pay:£8.50 per hour Hours Per Week:24 Hours per week (3 days 9am - 5:30pm) Location:South Birmingham UK Closing Date:Thursday the 14th of April This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking for a career within digital marketing and web design. You’ll be joining a growing office furniture sales business at an exciting time of expansion with opportunity for career progression. The role will be 3 days per week, however, this may be increased to 5 days after a trial period for the right candidate. The successful candidate will display honesty and openness as well as be professional and driven in an often fast paced environment. Your key role will be to add and update products listing across our marketing channels including our website and eBay shop. Overall Purpose of the Job: To drive sales by adding products listings to our website and eBay, as well as ensuring our product listings are clear, up-to-date and correct. The role will involve: * Liaising with suppliers regarding marketing of their products * Adding and updating product listings on our website and eBay listings * Editing product photos in Photoshop * Planning, creating and executing sales promotions * Carrying out general admin and ad-hoc duties as required Person Specification: * High level of accuracy and attention to detail and ability to multi-task and organise * Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and other team members * Ability to work on own initiative and make strong decisions * Enthusiastic, ambitious, hardworking, self motivated with a passion to succeed * Strong interpersonal skills Essential: * Experience in setting up or managing a website * Experience using Photoshop * Typing 45+ WPM Desirable: * Experience in setting up or managing an ecommerce website * Previous experience working for a b2b sales organisation * Experience using BigCommerce and/or eBay Education: Grade C minimum in English and Math GSCE REF CW303
