A fantastic opportunity has become available for an experienced Junior Lettings Administrator to join an established independent Lettings and Management Estate Agency based in the Canada Water area of London. Our client is a progressive and forward thinking agency that has developed extensive knowledge of the local property market, enabling them to offer a wide-range of services that are tailored individually to their client’s needs. The minimum requirements for a Junior Lettings Administrator are as follows: • Experience working within a varied Administrator position (Essential) • Experience within the Property & Real Estate sector (Highly Desirable) • Excellent telephone manner (Essential) • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (Essential) • Experience using Dezrez & Vebra Lettings Software (Desirable) The successful candidate will be providing full administrative support to a highly successful lettings team that thrive on delivering the best results to both their clients and their customers. As Junior Lettings Administrator you will mainly be: • Referencing potential new tenants • Progressing and processing deals • Creating and sending client invoices • Delivering outstanding customer service both face to face and by phone • Completing general office administration including scanning and filling • Advertising new properties on company website • Assisting with property management • Providing general assistance to Management and Sales Staff • Completing general miscellaneous duties The salary for this position will be £15,000 per annum with excellent working hours of 10:00am – 18:00pm from Monday to Friday and from 10:00am – 16:00pm every other Saturday. --- All applications for this vacancy are dealt with directly by the client and Talk Staff Recruitment act only in the capacity as of a Recruitment Advertising Partner.
