My client based in West London is seeking a Junior Telemarketing Executive to join their fresh team. The main purpose of the role is to convert inquiries into sales by answering inbound telephone calls. The main responsibilities of the role are as follows: To advise present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls. To follow a prepared script to influence customers to buy or retain the product or service my client offers. To document transactions by completing forms and record logs. Maintaining a database by entering, verifying, and backing up data. You will need to be persuasive over the phone with a strong customer focus and good closing skills. Telephone sales experience and persistence is essential.
