I am pleased to be representing a FTSE 100 client in their search for IT Business Analyst (Agile/Continuous Improvement) to work on a variety of business transformation projects throughout the UK. As a global market leader their impressive client portfolio reaches across the private and public sector including government, retail, and telecommunications industries. These are exciting times within the business transformation division of the organisation as they plan to increase their workforce by 50% over the next 6 months and by 300% over the next 3 years. If you’re an ambitious IT Business Analyst (Agile/Continuous Improvement), there is no better time to join this rapidly growing juggernaut! As an IT business analyst (Agile/Continuous Improvement) you will report to an IT Project Manager and join a team of consultants including IT Architects and Technology Strategy Consultants. Through client stakeholder interaction you will play a key role in providing end-to-end business change. Working on some of the most complex transformation projects in the UK, IT Business Analysts (Agile/Continuous Improvement) will utilise technology, continuous improvement and agile methodology to deliver greater efficiency and ultimately, optimum return on investment for clients. Responsibilities: Liaising with stakeholders of all levels to determine their needs, and collaborate with IT architects to translate these needs into IT development team deliverables. Carrying out business analysis of internal documentation, cases and workflows. Utilising new and existing technology to improve business efficiency. Transferring knowledge and capabilities to clients by conducting training courses, coaching and mentoring. Essential Criteria: 2:1 Degree (or higher) or equivalent qualification. Minimum 4 years’ experience in a Business Analysis role, of which at least 2 years where in IT projects. Proven experience of technical writing skills, utilising Microsoft Office and at least 1 recognised business analysis tool. Track record of translating business analysis into IT deliverables. Knowledge of the software development lifecycle including Agile methodology. Strong communication and presenting skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels.
