Position: Internal Sales Executive. Location: Trentham, Stoke on Trent. Reporting to: Sales Manager. Hours of Work: 9am to 5:30pm Mon - Friday. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established IT Solution Provider within the Application and Network Performance Management market space. Due to consistent success and growth, the company is looking to recruit an Internal Solution Sales Executive focused on new business and become a key member of their Sales Team. Duties / Responsibilities:. - Discover relevant opportunities within their target market and introduce their company as an expert solution provider (via Telephone Sales). - Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer/prospect contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity. - Create Quotations according to correct procedures via their CRM system. - Plan/carry out/support local marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, exhibitions and telemarketing. - Build a strong commercial and technical understanding of the companys products. - Work with External Account Managers to manage larger opportunities. - Build strong relationships with partners, prospects and customers. - Work to and achieve activity KPIs. - Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. - Attend training and to develop relevant knowledge, techniques and skills. - Produce accurate forecasting and reporting via their CRM system. - Manage and record the sales cycle from initial contact through to close via the CRM application. - Work with technical colleagues to offer the best possible pre and post sales service. Experience:. - At least 2 Years B2B Internal Sales Experience. - Experience selling technology to IT Departments an advantage.
