Job description:
We have an excellent newly created opportunity for a proactive Internal Sales Executive to add to our clients successful team who sell and promote industrial products throughout the UK from their base in the west side of Edinburgh. You will be working within a small dynamic team, reporting to the Director and responsible for: Researching, investigating and qualifying leads. Contacting potential clients through the UK to promote the company and provide product information. Making appointments for the external sales representatives. Following up on previous calls and leads. Managing all customer queries through to completion. Maintain and update project information. Working as part of a team to exceed company goals and targets. Suitable candidates must possess: Enthusiasm, tenacity and results driven. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build client relationships. Previous experience within a similar internal sales/business development position, preferably within the construction, civil or steel industry. Proven track record in achieving/meeting KPIs and financial targets. Proficient IT skills, software knowledge and experience in using a CRM system. The company offer a basic salary of £21,000-£22,000 with an excellent bonus scheme OTE £26,000-£28,000.
