A well established distribution company based in Wolverhampton are currently recruiting for an Internal Sales Coordinator on a full time permanent basis. The role is paying £19,000 rising to £20,500 over 18 months. As the Internal Sales Coordinator you will be responsible for: -. - Dealing with customer queries & solving problems. - Managing & supporting key customer accounts. - Analysing & manipulating data for the business. - Supporting the Internal Sales Manager & Sales Team. - First line support for an IT related projects and IT related issues. The successful candidate will have experience of working within a busy sales office and meeting the demands of internal and external customers. You will have a high level of customer service with a hands on approach. You will be fully conversant in Microsoft Office packages including Excel and be familiar with V lookups & pivot tables. If you have experience in Navision or Access this would be advantageous. Having excellent problem solving skills you will have the ability to take ownership of problems and analyse these to get to the root cause. If you have worked within Sales Administration, Customer Service, Office Management or Internal Sales and looking for a new challenge please apply now.
