We work to empower people in a way that maintains dignity and ensures everyone is treated with respect. At Hestia Approved Premises we work with high risk offenders, released from prison on Licence. We are currently looking to recruit an Intervention Officer, primarily for our Battersea AP and an Integration Worker who will work across both APs. With an overarching aim of public protection we’re looking for team members who are committed to providing a great service. Essential in these roles is the ability to communicate clearly, creating and maintaining effective working relationships with residents and colleagues alike. Successful candidates will be able to work under pressure, solve problems as they arise, whilst remaining flexible, persistent and assertive in their approach.
