My client based in New Malden are seeking experienced Insurance Executives to join their fun and dynamic team. They are reputed for investing heavily into training of their staff, with excellent in-house progression routes with opportunities to the right self-proving candidates to reach management level within 2-3years!. Based in beautiful newly refurbished offices, you will be responsible for:. - Dealing with clients both face to face/ telephone. - Collecting and evaluating risk details and referring to underwriters on a bespoke basis. - Renewal or opening a claim on a current policy. - Building rapport, fact finding, and identifying and meeting clients' needs. - Support clients with any and all queries. - Providing quotes. Skills:. - Customer service/sales. - Ideally from insurance, banking, or finance background. - Customer focused approach. - Negotiating. You will be an ambitious professional who is hard working with a 'Can do' attitude. Possess excellent communications skills both written and verbal. Be friendly and confident person with a positive and committed mind set. If you are looking for a company to invest in your career then this could be the role for you!. Hours of work are Monday-Friday 08:30-17:30 and every other Saturday 08:30-12:30. 22 days holiday rising by a day each year up to 27 days.
