Infrastructure Team Leader Central Leeds Salary: £45,00- £48,000 per annum + Bonus 35 hour working week We are seeking an Infrastructure Team Leader to join our client's IT Systems Team. Their modern offices are in central Leeds and are easily accessible. This is an organisation that invests heavily in their teams and offer outstanding work conditions, extensive benefits and bonus. This is a well known brand and they are undergoing a period of sustained growth. The key purpose of this role is to manage and lead the Infrastructure team as well as play a key role in decision making regarding systems implementations. In this role you will have five direct reports. Key duties and accountabilities: *To manage the design and implementation of infrastructure to support the organisation's IT Strategy, ensuring adherence to standards and procedures. *Management of key IT projects, and IT involvement in business projects. *To carry out on the job training where necessary and assist with the maintenance of morale and motivation within the department. *Continuous evaluation of the organisations IT systems. *To design IT standards and procedures for use within IT services. *To monitor standards and procedures used within IT Services. *Evaluation of new products and patches. *To ensure that Communication and Telephony systems are operational and available to the Business. *To remain fully competent in the organisations chosen operating systems.
