This job is a 12 month FTC as a HR Business Partner in Central London, £60,000pa Your new company This world leading global professional services business has 4000 people in the UK within this business area. Your new role You will be supporting a client group of c.800 people and will also be responsible for contributing to projects in support of delivery of the Talent and HR strategy. These projects include the talent agenda of how they create an environment to attract and retain the best talent, diversity & inclusion, flexible career choices and performance management. This is a fast paced and dynamic environment where you will need to demonstrate commercial acumen and initiative to help shape direction and quickly build effective relationships with key stakeholders across the client groups and wider HR team. You will be able to demonstrate your skills and knowledge in key areas of responsibility such as advising the business on individual and strategic talent management issues and providing insight and analysis to drive decisions on issues such as employee development, retention and business shape. What youll need to succeed You will have past working experience as an HR Business Partner role within either a bluechip, professional services or financial services business. You will have demonstrable experience in several areas of HR (including Employee Relations, Professional Development, HR Operations, Performance Management, Reward & Compensation, Resourcing & Retention, Management Information).
