The Human Resource team are looking for an experienced HR Professional who can act as the primary point of contact for all queries and issues in relation to portfolio of responsibility through the provision of accurate and timely information and advice, escalating where appropriate. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Advisor will provide customer focused comprehensive and pragmatic HR advice and services to all employees, in line with organisational policies and procedures. Along with this the HR Advisor will be responsible for the management and review of administrative systems and processes for the purpose of continuous improvement for specific portfolios within the employee lifecycle. Essential Skills: Hold or be working towards qualifications and/or membership with the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). Demonstrable track record in the delivery of administration of systems, processes and services, ideally within existing HR functions and practices.
