Healthcare Assistants – To cover waking nights in and around Truro Location – In and around Truro Pay - £9.50 per hour Shift – 22:00 -07:00 We are urgently looking for HCA to work with in someone’s home for a waking night, this will be to support the individual in lots of different ways such as: • Monitoring • Risk of falls • Support Management • Personal care • Toileting These shifts will be ad hock and we are looking for staff who can be flexible and meet our needs as well as their own. You will form an integral part of the Newcross Care at Home team in this varied and rewarding role, delivering person-centred care in accordance with personalised care plans that enrich lives. You will have access to comprehensive training and 24 hour support, and in order to ensure that you always have enough work you will be employed on a permanent, flexible contract with guaranteed hours. Due to the nature of this role, access to your own transport is essential.
