Experienced Health Care assistants urgently required to work various shifts (mornings, afternoons, nights, and long days) in residential and nursing homes. We are a very busy agency that provide staff to nursing and residential homes. Agency work means that you work when you want. We can provide over 40 hours a week for the right candidate but we also provide part time work as well. Main responsibilities and duties: - Undertake personal care duties as required to the relevant client group (toileting, washing, feeding and manual handling – including hoist). - Support the relevant client group in a way that maintains their dignity and privacy. - Undertake domestic tasks, such as cleaning and laundry. - Participate in the maintenance of essential record keeping, through brief written recording on individual client records. - Comply with Health & Safety requirements in respect of manual handling and transfer hoisting and the use of protective equipment to aid infection control. - Act as a keyworker as and when required. - Making beds. - All applicants subject to new DBS check Good rates of pay.
