Health and Safety Advisor job. Passionate, enthusiastic health and safety advisor, coordinator or manager who wants to implement and drive an empowering health and safety culture within an engineering / manufacturing business - circa 250 headcount. Broad remit, role is also people and office focused not just shop floor and facility. Position would suit somebody who is able to gain buy in at management / board level through to empowering people throughout the business. Salary: Competitive salary plus pension, bonus, 24 days holiday (increases year on year) plus bank holidays, death in service benefit. This job will suit:. - A Health and Safety Advisor / H&S Coordinator / Health and Safety Manager who demonstrates enthusiasm, passion, conviction for the work they do and how it can have a positive impact on others. - Ability to build effective relationships across different functions and at all levels in the organisation - be able to gain buy in at a management / Director level through to empowering people throughout the business. - NEBOSH General Certificate or higher qualified. - Any exposure to working within an engineering, manufacturing, production or industrial environment would be advantageous. This job is commutable from Doncaster, Sheffield, Lincoln, Nottingham, Scunthorpe, Newark, Mansfield, Retford.
