The Warren is Haulfryn’s flagship holiday resort with a thriving Restaurant, Bar, Beach Bar and Pool Bar. We are now seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic, customer and standards orientated experienced Head Chef who can be available to augment our team that has responsibility for the day-to-day running of our Holiday Park Operation at The Warren in Abersoch. You will have relevant experience in the Hotel and Catering industry, together with a thorough understanding through practical experience of statutory food hygiene standards and Health and Safety legislation. You must also be an excellent communicator and be able to show that you are well organised, self-motivated and can work under your own initiative. As Head Chef you will be responsible for:. Overseeing food ordering. Food Preparation. Delivery of operations. Staff training. Stock control and maintenance. Conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You will train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance.
