Vintage Inns are currently looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at The Snowy Owl in Cramlington. The Snowy Owl is a stunning and very successful Vintage Inn situated on the outskirts of Newcastle-upon-Tyne in the suburbs of Cramlington. The Snowy Owl boasts a 185 seater dining/pub area along with a 18 bed Innkeepers Lodge. Famous for its Sunday Roasts in the area, the pub has a busy trade 7 days a week catering to locals and visitors alike. This is a very exciting opportunity to join the Vintage Inns team and the wider Mitchells & Butlers group. What you’ll do in this role… As Head Chef you’ll be responsible for the entire kitchen operation, overseeing food ordering, preparation, delivery, staffing, stock control and conforming at all times with health and hygiene regulations. You’ll train, motivate and inspire your team to deliver an efficient food operation and be responsible for the kitchen’s financial performance which can lead to attractive rewards.
