Group Reward Manager - £65,000. Annapurna HR are seeking a Group Reward Manager to work with a Global Entertainment business based in West London. This business is in the middle of a massive transformation which has seen large sums of investment, combine with an internal restructure to really push the business forward. On top of this, the business are the leading party in an industry changing merger which will see this organisation be a true leader in its field. This role will operate as a Business Partner for the Reward function, operating across all business units and being an SME for the business in all Reward matters. The level of change occuring in the business means there is heavy project and design; this role has a real opportunity to shape the strategy of the Reward function moving forward. This role has 3 direct reports and sits in a team of 8, reporting in to the Group Reward Director. Responsibilities:. - Contribute, support and deliver core elements of the Reward strategy and associated processes across the Group. - Provide support on the development of the annual pay and bonus processes. - Manage and develop the grading and benchmarking processes. - Support the management of the share plans. - Develop and deliver innovative incentive programmes to our retail colleagues. - Maintain and develop cost effective, market competitive benefits globally, reviewing and recommending benefit solutions as appropriate. - Manage and develop our groupwide benefits and recognition portal in conjunction with our third party provider, ensuring maximum engagement through appropriate communications channels. - Manage the delivery of Total Reward Statements and Reward booklets.
