An exciting opportunity has a risen for an experienced Financial Controller in Hertfordshire Ideally the candidate will live in commutable distance to the area. There will be multiple dealerships to manage and a team of 10 staff. Candidates will ideally have DMS experience under their belt. Management Accounts will be a key part of this role however, the candidate will need to be able to do more than just prepare the numbers. Core skills & duties Management of cashflow on a daily basis and strict control of working capital Preparation of management accounts on a monthly basis Preparation of budgets Analysis and review of accounts, financial issues (e.g. identify areas of under performance, stock management, credit control etc.) Liaison with external stakeholders (bank, auditors, etc) Preferably qualified and with a number of years experience in the retail motor industry. Team player Ability to influence others This is an excellent opportunity to join a well thought of company.
