You will be selling a very broad range of products including Recycling Bins, Waste Management Products, Seats, Shelters, Winter Safety and Water Safety products. Their training programme is very comprehensive and takes place at their office in Blackpool and also in the field and includes products and sales skills. As you develop you will regularly achieve your sales targets and this will be further recognised by regular salary progression. They are looking for a recent graduate who wants to develop a career as a professional Sales Executive. The role is based within their Commercial Division which briefly encompasses Leisure, Retail, Industrial, Transport and Services Markets. The position covers a geographical territory consisting of Cornwall, Devon, Somerset, Avon, Dorset and Wiltshire. Ideal Candidate: * Some experience of sales / customer service environment * A genuine desire to develop a career in Sales * Has good administrative, organisational and time management skills * A high level of self:motivation * A degree (preferably 2.1 or higher), ideally in Business Studies / Marketing, but all disciplines will be considered. Responsibilities: * Their extensive marketing programme generates a large volume of sales leads and quotations which are prepared by the Sales Office for follow up and conversion by the Sales Executive. * Maintaining contact with existing customers to develop their accounts. * Prospecting current non user accounts. * We manufacture a high quality product, so the best sales aid is the product itself, which you will demonstrate to customers. * Build a rapport with customers and listen to their feedback. * Be inquisitive to identify customers needs and have the ability to offer informed solutions. * Be knowledgeable and enthuse passion for the product you are promoting. * Be a credible and trusted source of industry and product information for customers. * Show determination to achieve goals and hit targets. * Interpret sales reports and identify market and product opportunities. * Participate in team sales meetings and share product / market knowledge beneficial to the rest of the team. * Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
