Graduate Mechanical Design Engineer job. Design, development and engineering of bespoke building products through concept and detail design to product launch. Also provision of technical support customers, non-technical colleagues and problem solving. This is not just a pure CAD role. Role would suit a mechanical engineering or product design graduate (degree or HND / HNC) looking for a broad, varied and interesting role.  Salary: £22,000 to £25,000 dependent on level of qualification / if you have gained any industrial experience. They already have a strong product design / industrial design capability. The job will involve:  • 3D & 2D design and development of new and existing products through concept and detail design to product launch.  • Provide technical support to customers, problem solving and the wider business such as supporting internal / external sales engineers with product / technical data. • Support product testing, prototyping, product development activities.  This job will suit: • This role would suit a mechanical engineering graduate who wants to develop their career as a Design Engineer but would also enjoy getting involved in wider activities such as product, manufacturing, technical support.  • You will have good experience of producing 3D & 2D CAD designs and preferably some exposure to design analysis e.g. FEA / stress analysis, hand calculations.  • This is not a pure CAD design role, you will enjoy working in a varied role within a small design team.  • You will probably be degree qualified in a mechanical engineering, product design engineering (strong mechanical bias) or similar engineering discipline but you could also be HNC / HND qualified.  This job is commutable from Coventry, Leicester, Warwick, Hinckley, Coalville, Rugby, Tamworth, Market Harborough, Daventry, Solihull
