My client are looking for the most amazing General Manager for an incredible restaurant company. Located in Brighton and taking the restaurant scene by storm, they currently have two restaurants and will be looking to expand to more sites in the near future. This role for their cool and vibrant steak/seafood restaurant will give the correct candidate a great sense of autonomy and fulfilment of running one of the most in-demand restaurants in Brighton. As the successful General Manager you will currently be a General Manager in a high volume and high standard full service restaurant, with a real desire to further develop their career. they will have full accountability currently for their profit and loss statement and be able to confidently manage and motivate a full team. A motivator with a real Passion for the business, the customer, the team and all things food and drink. You will possess a successful history of team development and succession planning. The salary offered for this role can reach £35,000 per annum with an additional bonus scheme.
