Position: Fundraising Operations Executive (Tower Hill, London) Location: Tower Hill, London Contract type: Permanent Hours: 35 hours per week Salary: £27,850 actual per annum Closing Date: 10 March 2016 Interview date: To be confirmed About the Role: The post will report to the Customer Experience Manager and be part of Customer Services & Insight Team within the Fundraising Directorate. Do you care about delivering the best possible customer experience? Are you an experienced project manager with a track record of developing and implementing customer service process within a fundraising environment? In this new role you will be responsible for identifying and co-ordinating processes, to deliver high standards in customer relationship management, to support fundraising and wider organisational campaigns and activities. About You: We are looking for someone who can build good relationships internally as well as understand how fundraising processes support the management of relationships externally. You will have excellent attention to detail and ultimately have a passion for engendering a customer focused culture in everything you do.
