Job description:
We are currently looking for Fulfilment Agents Fulfillment Agents provide an effective, efficient and professional fulfillment service to our customers (Direct, Reseller, Partner & Internal). They focus on the quality and accuracy of information and service delivery, ensuring customers are kept informed throughout. Fulfillment agents manage order exceptions and work with our suppliers and internal stake holders. You will need to champion the continuous improvement of services and processes within fulfillment and keep the customer at the heart of everything we do. Key responsibilities of the role: Managing the following tasks and transactions: - Order placement - Rejections - Amendments, modifications & cancellations - Order delays Additional supporting activities will include: - Managing customer queries relating to fulfillment activities. - Taking ownership of fulfillment orders end-to-end. - Managing customers’ expectations in line with the product and service offering. What do I need in order to deliver in this role? - Knowledge of telecom/fulfillment processes. - Experience delivering high quality Customer Service. - Excellent PC/MS Office skills. - Excellent communication skills.
