Front End Developer / JavaScript Developer (Web HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript Angular.js React.js). Global financial software house with in excess of 2,000 institutional clients is seeking a senior, hands-on Front End Developer / JavaScript Developer. Joining an Agile development team, as a Front End Developer / JavaScript Developer, you will work on a high-profile Greenfield project to replace the existing desktop UI with a web-based solution that will be used throughout the company and by their client base of large financial players, including investment banks and hedge funds. There are technical challenges around webpage load performance, cross browser development and Responsive Design. You'll be encouraged to innovate, quickly mocking up web interfaces, graphics and web controls and using the best tool or the job, they're currently using Angular.js with plans to move to React.js. City based offices with a professional yet friendly and informal atmosphere. Requirements: *Strong experience with modular and object-oriented JavaScript using jQuery and Angular.js *HTML5, CSS3 *Good knowledge of Responsive web design *Ability to quickly mock-up web interfaces, graphics and web controls, suggesting options and alternative prototypes *Excellent analytical and problem solving abilities *Strong communication and interpersonal skills, collaborative team player *Degree educated, Computer Science preferred *Desirable: React.js As a Front End Developer / JavaScript Developer you can expect to earn a highly competitive salary (to £70k) plus bonus and benefits package.
