Our client is currently recruiting for a Financial Planning Administrator to join a vibrant and friendly administration team based in Chippenham. Starting salary is £15,000 per annum; this could be higher for the right candidate! If you are an enthusiastic team player who is eager to contribute new ideas with a desire to succeed, then read on! The role As a Financial Planning Administrator you will be responsible for supporting the Advisors within the firm, this will include the following: • Corresponding with policy providers on behalf of the client • Corresponding and liaising with clients • Submitting any new business on behalf of the client • Facilitating the annual review process of clients • Processing new client information in preparation for their meetings • Using programmes including Distribution Technology, OM Profiler and Microsoft Office to provide clients with and overview to their investment performance • Developing new processes through a continuous improvement mindset • Basic admin duties as required. What you’ll need To be successful in this role you will have Maths and English GCSE’s grade A-C and proven administration experience, ideally within financial services, however this is not essential. You must possess excellent IT skills in MS Office, a professional telephone manner and strong customer service skills. You’ll be a highly organised individual who has the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
