Finance Manager for leading Manufacturing Company - excellent benefits and progression A Finance Manager, Teesside based, offering a competitive salary initially on a temporary basis. You will play a key role within the organisation, supporting the Group Finance Director with the monthly management accounts amongst other duties. This job is suited to either a part qualified or qualified ambitious accountant who is seeking to focus their managerial skills within a structured environment. This is an on going full time temporary contract. Your new role You will report directly to the Group Finance Director, whilst having frequent dealings across all aspects of the business, including financial control & reporting; strategy & planning; as well as people management. You will be expected to not only become technically proficient from an accounting point of view, but also be able to develop an understanding of the business, and the markets in which it operates. What youll need to succeed You will be expected to adapt the company ethos, and be hands on when required. You will have experience in, and exposure to, management accounts, financial planning & strategy, as well as having the ability to manage a finance function across various departments.
