Rapidly growing financial services organisation looking to recruit progressive finance manager in Manchester. Your new company I am working closely with a rapidly growing financial services organisation based in south Manchester who are looking to continue their expansion and need extra financial expertise in order to manage this. They have grown in the UK and are now venturing out into Europe in order to build a stronger brand and increase revenue. There are several other routes which could enhance the companys performance, so its a great time to be involved. Your new role This is an excellent opportunity to get a better understanding of working within a fast paced environment. You will work closely with a highly regarded CEO & FD who continue to drive performance within the organisation. You role will be to manage the day to day aspects of finance including managing a small team, producing monthly management accounts, budgets & forecasts, commentary for senior directors as well as getting involved in the production of statutory accounts at year end. This role is also very hands on and you may have to get involved in some transactional work. What youll need to succeed In order for your application to be successful you will be a recently or newly qualified accountant (ACA/CIMA/ACCA) who has experience within a fast paced environment. You will have the drive to improve processes and further the performance of the finance team. It would be desirable if you have experience of managing a small finance team and have experience within financial services.
