ISCA Recruitment Limited are looking to recruit an experienced and professional Sales Executive for a growing client based in Exeter. My client is a dynamic environmental business selling and supporting, patented technology products. This unique product, repeat sale and service proposition, gives my client a major market advantage over their competitors. With an established and growing customer base, my client is looking to expand its sales effort further, by employing an additional dedicated professional Sales Executive. The Role:. Reporting to the Directors of the business, you will be a self-starter and generate new sales opportunities from either current qualified leads or from your own initiatives. You will arrange to present product, specifications and service presentations to the potential new customer, you will use phone, email and all other forms of communication to arrange formal meetings and carry out initial audit and site visits to prepare final quotes, to complete the sales process. You will be responsible for the entire sales process end to end from establishing a lead to converting the opportunity to a firm sale for the business. You will be targeted to convert a specific number of leads into firm sales with repeat orders on a monthly basis. You will be targeting across the UK, but not exclusively, Facilities, Estate, Financial Directors and Managers, Business Owners, Architects, Plumbers Merchants etc. Your Experience and Personality:. You will be an experienced Sales Person, with excellent communication skills, drive, a professional manner and the ability to work alone and as part of a team. You will have the ability to research and seek out new customer opportunities and close a deal. You will have at least 3 in selling products and or services, preferably but not essential, within the janitorial or water, environmental, construction sectors. A clean full UK driving license is essential. Computer and networking skills are essential with the ability to utilise all office suite based computer programs to deliver professional presentations and formal quotes. You will have the ability to cold call and fully articulate the products and services you are representing and secure a meeting to achieve a sale. You will be conscientious and professional in all aspects of your work. Remuneration, Location & Hours of Working:. Salary will be negotiable subject to current experience and achievements to date. Remuneration will be based on a level of basic salary and a structured bonus scheme for all sales converted. A Company car and phone will be provided, subject to requirement.
