Currently recruiting an experienced Facilities Manager, to manage a small team you will also be responsible for Fleet Management, Reception and General Maintenance. This role will also require, when necessary, facilities support for Group Company offices in Central LondonFacilities Manager - The JobManaging all areas of Corporate Services and FacilitiesEnsuring all operational costs are controlled and reduced where possibleManaging all aspects of Building MaintenanceEnsuring the efficient planning and execution of all proactive and reactive buildings maintenance with the in-house resources and external contractorsManaging contractor relationships and monitoring service levels including re-tenderManaging all aspects of internal moves, changes and refurbishmentArranging and chairing quarterly Health and Safety meetingsDevelopment, monitoring and updating of department procedures and Business Continuity PlanCarrying out workplace inspections, risk assessment and arranging remedial actions to ensure complianceFacilities Manager - The CandidatePrevious facilities management experienceProven Health and Safety knowledgeStrong people management skillsKnowledge of Mechanical and/or Electrical Services is also essentialFull clean UK driving licence is essentialHealth and Safety - IOSH or NEBOSHBIFM Level 4 qualification

Minimum salary: 40000

Maximum salary: 50000
