asra Housing Group manages 14,000 homes in the Midlands and London and has a turnover of £80m. In response to changes in the operating market, we have created a new executive structure and are now recruiting two roles that will be pivotal in shaping our future. asra is an exciting place to work and develop your career. Over the past year we have reviewed our governance, carried out a fundamental review of our control framework and reviewed our operating culture. Over the next three years we will be pursuing an ambitious programme of change. We have an existing development programme of 700 homes and will build 250 homes a year, including the flagship One Woolwich regeneration scheme. We will also be developing a new operating model for the business and helping our customers deal with the changes brought about by welfare reform. Last but not least, we will reshape our business to meet future challenges, re-finance part of our portfolio and embark on a new development programme.
