**Sheffield Area**. This is an excellent new opportunity for a Surveyor to carry out Technical Surveys and EPC survey / certification within domestic properties. They operate under the Energy Company Obligation (ECO) scheme, supplying boilers to properties with customers meeting scheme qualifying criteria. The role involves undertaking the required survey / EPC and booking installation through back office staff. Ideally located in the Sheffield area with surveys pre-booked in surrounding locations. The role will involve:. - Conducting a survey on the property, in order to advise the best and most cost effective solution. - Identify any Health & Safety issues and carry out on site risk assessments. - Explain clearly all relevant information to the client in order for them to make a decision. - Where additional equipment is required (new radiators, boiler upgrade etc) - on site pricing and product description. Skills / Essential Experience:. - Gas Safe Registered. - EPC, Energy Performance Certificate. - Customer service / Sales experience to develop business and build strong relationships. - IT literacy. - Flexibility around working hours. - Full clean UK Driving License.
