Employer Responsive Curriculum Manager: Construction Apprenticeship Training Centre (CAT) £39,570 - £50,104 per annum Dudley College of Technology is looking for an innovative construction professional with an employer focused skill set to take its apprenticeship curriculum to the next phase of development. The Construction Apprenticeship Training Centre (CAT) which opened in 2017 provides a full range of construction training that complements our expanding apprenticeship provision whilst at the same time enabling our full-time learners to develop the skills which will support them into employment. The CAT Centre is one of the largest construction training centres in the UK. As Employer Responsive Curriculum Manager you will have a proven track record in delivering high-quality apprenticeship and employer focused provision enhanced with a broader understanding of business in an FE context. An ability to grasp new concepts, new skills training needs and challenge traditional approaches to curriculum delivery will be an advantage. Whilst previous curriculum management experience is desirable we are more interested in someone who shares our vision and values and will further improve the learners' experience.
