Lloyd Recruitment Services is looking for an experienced Digital Manager to join a leading employer based in the East Grinstead, West Sussex area. The purpose of the role is to be responsible for the tactical implementation of customer marketing activities across all digital channels and for the development and management of the companys digital channels content, look and feel, analytics and performance including but not limited to desktop, tablet, mobile and Apps as well as being responsible for integration of digital campaigns, associated SEM and full analytics. Duties and responsibilities will include:- - Responsible for the management of all digital activities around website development, maintenance and optimisation, CMS updates, campaign management, analytics and reporting, together with social media marketing and advertising integration - Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure SEM best practice at all times through website optimisation and that our product marketing is optimised and formatted for web/mobile/SEO - Making the digital experience simple for customers and prospective customers, exploring what matters to members and creating solutions that make a positive difference. - Producing, tracking and analysing KPIs to increase online conversion rate and associated online marketing campaign performance ROI - Responsible for identifying new opportunities in the digital space and make recommendations to enhance commercial performance and customer experience. - Provide expert leadership and direct support for internal departments and external partners that require specialist knowledge of digital technologies and how they can applied across business areas. - Work closely with internal and external resources, specify all quality standards, legal compliance and regulated procedures which impact online useability and transactions; ensure that all of the above are properly documented and tracked for audit purposes. - Managing relationships with leading-edge digital agencies maximising value and ensuring projects are delivered on time and agreed budget. - Review and analysis of market, competitors and internal performance measurements, followed by empirically based recommendations which take into account business priorities and resource availability. Emphasis is on cross-functional teamwork to ensure decisions are well informed and can be implemented. Key skills and experience required for the role:- - Proven Digital experience working in a similar role - Experience in website optimisation techniques and significant experience in an insight driven digital role in a business to consumer marketing environment. - Strong analytical and problem solving skills - Used to working to tight deadlines - Expertise of website, tablet, mobile, Apps functionality, data analysis and evaluation - Working knowledge of internet development technologies inc. XHTML, .NET, SQL Server and CSS/WCMS to W3C standards - Excellent relationship management skills - Comfortable working as part of a team as well as on their own initiative - Positive and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude Unfortunately, due to the high volume of applications, we are only able to contact shortlisted candidates
