Have you designed marketing campaigns? Commercially minded? Creatively driven? Our client, an established leading finance company has the opportunity to work closely with the marketing team in designing marketing campaigns across both digital & print. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : - Developing and implementing the brand guidelines - Applying the brand guidelines across a range of materials - Working with the wider marketing team on the design led elements of campaigns i.e. flyers, mailers, emails, videos, photographs, adverts, banner stands etc - Implementing version control across a range of marketing collateral - Working closely with our online agency to devise and implement our digital strategy - Curating a library of owned images, customer & partner logos ( inc permissions) and marketing materials - Providing a range of branded office templates e,g quotes, templates, reports etc. - Developing engaging visual content for social media use. - Creation of web and landing pages -The role is within the Marketing team - Our office working hours are 8.30 am to 17:30pm. KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS : - Delivery and maintenance of the brand guidelines - On time delivery of design work - Increase in the traffic to our website and online lead generation CORE COMPETENCIES : The following core competencies are considered prerequisite to the role: - Good eye for design and ability to use the main design packages - Excellent attention to detail and understanding of the importance of consistency - Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, crisp, clear visual concepts - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Creative but able to balance creativity and practicality - Ability to deliver work to tight deadlines and prioritise work - Ability to retain information relating to different programmes, suppliers, and customers requirements - Organised and able to prioritise workload The company offer a competitive salary and benefits package
