Despatch Administrator£17500 Starting salary, Central HerefordManaging the stores for this luxury product, you will have sole responsibility for the successful delivery from order to this company's discerning customers, organising the control and distribution to ensure a happy customer experience.You will exhibit a high level of propriety, integrity and efficiency in all dealings on behalf of this family feel business, successful and renowned in the UK for its renowned reputation, where two working days are rarely identical.You will accept the order, working to confirm the product is in stock and liaise with both the company's national sales team and the customer, working to package the product and ensure all administration is efficiently carried out to a successful delivery.Ideally, you will have a knowledge of French, this is not essential to ensure you will comfortable working with the particular products, more important will be your attention to detail, important is your arithmetic skills where you will need to be comfortable working with numbers.An organised person, you will independently and in a team, working to answer telephone enquiries, there may be a need occasionally to assist with stock takes in the South West, North and its London offices.The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, where you will have the opportunity to further the induction training with advanced product training to advance your knowledge of the industry product and sector, you will also have a significant £600 product allowance, and a 5% to 7% contributory to matching pension.Further benefits include, Central Hereford parking, after 6 month probation the salary INCREASES to £18,000 per year, with an additional holiday earned per year of service up to 27 days plus 8 days bank holiday per year.Please email your CV to [removed] contact number to discuss with Mark [removed] , the position has arisen due to growth and relocation Meridian Business Support is acting on behalf of our Client as a Recruitment Agency.
