An opportunity for a dynamic Deputy Manager has become available to support the management of one of their sites. The role includes:. * Supporting with the effective running of the site. * Delivering a high standard of service, leading by example. * Driving KPI and sales targets. * Identifying innovative ideas for growth. * Ensuring policies and procedures are adhered to and maintained. * Supporting the recruitment of a talented and driven team. * Training and developing the staff to reach targets and objectives. * Liaising with the HR department to ensure effective people management. This role is within a fun and challenging environment, within a company that has a clear succession plan. The candidate must be passionate about the business and be enthusiastic in creating and encouraging a positive atmosphere for the team and customers.
