Customer Services Supervisor – Buckinghamshire. We have an exciting opportunity for a full time Customer Services Supervisor based at our store in Buckingham. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for ensuring the business provides the highest possible levels of customer service at all times. You will develop and implement “best working practice” for all key procedures within the office and administrative functions, to make sure that we deal with our internal and external customers in the most effective and efficient manner. Key duties:. To ensure all orders taken via the Sales team or over the phone are processed efficiently, correctly and in a timely manner. To motivate and inspire the team, to ensure exemplary standards of Customer Service and satisfaction are consistently delivered. To gain general knowledge of the products supplied within the Depot ensuring that customer’s enquiries are handled in a professional and timely manner. To create and maintain a set of reports, relevant to our office activities, that help us deliver improved customer service and playing an active part in helping us review our logistics operations. The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate strong supervisory skills and experience. You will be enthusiastic and self-driven individual who can organise and prioritise a heavy workload. As Customer Services Supervisor you will possess excellent communication skills and a good eye for detail. In addition to the above you will be required to have PC skills, specifically Microsoft Office packages.
