Our client, a growing company based in the North Tyneside area, is seeking to recruit a Customer Services Manager to join its successful team. The role offers the chance to join a very successful organisation in a role which has both a strategic and operational focus. It also offers a highly competitive salary of £25-30,000pa plus benefits. The main purpose of the role will involve managing and developing all aspects of the company's customer services operation. Main responsibilities:. Manage and motivate the customer service team. Develop staff training plans. Conduct regular performance and development reviews, and manage all day to day people issues (performance, sickness absence etc.). Implement and monitor performance indicators for the team. Develop in-depth knowledge of major clients, key contacts, company policies and procedures. Continuous improvement of systems and processes. Dealing with escalated customer service issues. Key account management. Candidates should possess:. Proven track record of managing a client/customer services team. Passion for delivering the highest levels of customer service. Experience of change management. Ability to handle pressure and maintain composure in challenging circumstances. Ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels. Strong people management skills. The ability to bring out the best in your team. Office Hours. Parking Available.
