Our client, a leading provider of logistics services, is proud to be working in partnership with some of Britain's best known furniture and soft furnishing stores. In order to meet a growing demand, they currently have exciting opportunities for Customer Service Advisors to join their winning team. The team is driven by ensuring the Customer is at the heart of everything they do. Our client are looking for people who are able to develop a great relationship with their customers and gain a genuine understanding of their needs. Working at their Support Office, the Customer Service Team take inbound calls from both customers and store staff. The ideal candidates will have great communication skills both written and verbal. As the role involves handling queries and complaints on a broad range of issues; before and after sales services, product information and sales and internet enquiries you will need to be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of customer satisfaction and complaint management. In addition to the core responsibilities there will also be a requirement to make outbound calls, carry out tasks on Microsoft Excel and their bespoke customer database. Their operation is currently open Mondays to Fridays 8.30am - 8pm, Saturdays 9am - 5pm and Sundays 10am - 2pm. The right candidates must be able to work on a rota basis that covers all of these hours as per business needs and our part time positions up to 25 hours a week. They are very flexible and have both full and part time positions available.
