JOB DUTIES : Handle inbound and outbound contact from customers (phone, email, live chat). Become a true champion in delivering a world-class customer service. Work both individually and as part of a team. Drive an outstanding customer experience, which is relevant, memorable and personable. Build excitement about brand and products. Consult with customers to identify needs and build a total solution. Take ownership of the customer experience and satisfaction on all interactions.
