Our prestigious client, who is the Worlds largest building society and one of the UKs largest savings providers, with a customer base of around 15 million, currently has exciting opportunities for Customer Service Consultants to join their team based in Dunfermline. This is on a part time basis As the successful candidate you will be contributing to the positive reputation this client already has in place; helping the customers that have come to you to help resolve their query. This is a great opportunity for those with well developed interpersonal skills and get satisfaction from helping people as you will be helping people with things that really matter to their daily lives. You will be required to work Friday (5pm : 10pm), Sat and Sun (either 8am : 4pm or 9am : 5pm, rotational) Pay rate GBP 8.25 per hour It is required for you to have: : Excellent Verbal and Written communication. : Confidence in taking ownership for each call. : The ability to make and explain decisions clearly. : The willingness to learn. : The ability to follow processes and policies. : the ability to manage you time effectively. Please note, successful candidates must be able to pass a credit (have minimal or no credit issues) and Basic Disclosure Scotland check. Furthermore, you must be available for interview and be able to start ASAP
