Job description:
Hours: 42 hours per week   Job Purpose: Fulfilling the responsibilities of different positions depending on the company’s need. Provide exceptional and proactive customer service in the different positions assumed   Knowledge, Skills and Ability: Essential   * Flexibility around working hours. Candidate will be assigned to a role working as part of the day or night team with prior notice. * Demonstrate a passion for exceptional customer service * Demonstrate previous experience in meeting and exceeding client expectations and handling client requests * Demonstrate previous experience of dealing with clients from different cultures and backgrounds * Ability to build relationships with clients * Demonstrate problem solving skills, ability to multi-task and work under pressure * Excellent telephone and written communication skills * Experience of prioritising and effectively communicating customer requirements * Must have fluent spoken and written English / second language would be advantageous. * Good UK and Worldwide geographical knowledge * IT literate with ability to use different software applications * Accurate data entry and attention to detail * Numerate   Summary of Main Activities or Accountabilities: * Act as a main contact for clients in planning specific client needs * Provide pro-active customer service at the highest standards * Liaise with operations, affiliates and clients  * Respond to and follow up on customer requests * Working across different departments to ensure smooth handling of client requests  *  Adhoc administrative tasks
