JOB DESCRIPTION This vacancy is being advertised on behalf of ambitions personnel who are operating as an employment business. We are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Advisor to join the established Customer Services department at our clients purpose built offices in central Newark. Duties in this role will include: • Answering inbound calls from clients and customers • Dealing with queries and ensuring they are dealt with on the same day • E-mailing work colleagues and clients • Having an excellent use of word and excel • Ensuring excellent customer service is being given at all times possible. PERSON SPECIFICATION • Previous Administration experience • Have a confident and professional telephone manner • Ability to work on your own and in a team • Excellent attention to detail BENEFITS • Car Park • Kitchen • Excellent company bonus This is a full time permanent position.
