Job description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join their busy team. The role will involve handling a large volume of incoming calls and emails relating to technical queries during the company’s peak period. Therefore the successful candidate must have a highly professional telephone manner, excellent customer service skills and confident IT/written skills. Ideally the successful candidate will have solid customer service experience and will have good technical/problem solving skills. The role will be starting in March and will be a temporary vacancy for 6-7 months. It is based in Huntingdon and will be working Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm, plus some overtime when required.
