Customer Service Administrator (Multiple Opportunities) Position: Investcentre Team Members Location: Old Trafford, Manchester Salary: Up to £19k per annum + bonus + study support + pension About the role: They are looking for enthusiastic, professional people to be a part of the AJ Bell Investcentre. The Investcentre department is undoubtedly the hub of AJ Bell and is integral to their success, providing a market leading innovative investment platform for our clients to be able to invest in their award winning products such as their Self-Invested Personal Pensions (SIPP) ISAs or GIAs. With assets under administration exceeding 26.1 billion and more than 120,500 clients that trust them with their investments, you could contribute to AJ Bell's success in one of two roles that they currently have available within their Investcentre department. If you have a passion for customer service and a desire to develop a career within the financial services industry, they are now looking for Adviser Support Team Members and Administrators to join the AJ Bell Investcentre. As an Administrator within the AJ Bell Investcentre you would be responsible for the administration of AJ Bell SIPPs, ISAs and General Investment Accounts. Responsibilities vary and may include establishing new business cases, administering payments, facilitating adviser charges and completing AML checks. This role will also require a passion for customer service; including answering adviser queries by post, email and telephone. As a member of the Adviser Support Team, you will interact with financial advisers, customers and a range of third parties on a daily basis. You will be the first line of contact for many clients, handling inbound calls and emails to resolve incoming queries. This role will require you to build strong internal relationships with other departments, whilst also building relationships with external clients, providing a high standard of adviser support. You will need to have a passion for customer service, hold strong communication skills, and have the drive and enthusiasm to work well under pressure.
