A small and friendly family run business is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a keen interest in both customer service and administration. The role As a Customer Service Administrator your responsibilities will include: • Liaising with clients in a professional manner • Scheduling and organising Service Engineers diary • Updating client records using WinSIMS software package (full training will be given) • Invoicing and debt collection • General administrative duties What you’ll need • Experience within customer service/administration is essential • I.T. literate, particularly in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook. • Sage Line 50 Accounts experience is preferred • Professional telephone manner • High level of inter-personal skills both written and verbal • Excellent time management • Customer service excellence • Strong attention to detail The company Accredited to NSI Gold standard with ISO 9001:2008, our client is an installation and maintenance/service company for Intruder Alarms, Access Control and CCTV Systems.
