This role would suit someone who has a focus for delivering excellent customer service, someone who is adept at nurturing and building great working relationships with customers, pro-actively managing a customer database and tactfully and skilfully resolving any issues before they become complaints. This role is not about new business development and there is no cold calling, this role is about securing existing business with ongoing, structured contact, marketing and meetings to ensure that the customer remains loyal and business opportunities are maximised. This is not a purely office based role, so you must be comfortable travelling nationwide, meeting customers, delivering new products and services and training them on products where necessary. To succeed in this role you must be:. - An excellent communicator, written and verbal. - Exceptionally customer focused. - Fantastically organised. - Approachable and professional. - Tactful and articulate. - Proactive in your attitude to work. - A natural (not necessarily formally qualified) marketer with social media experience. (ideally) experienced working in a regulated / compliant industry.
