Customer Insight Analyst - Campaign - Circa £400 per day A well-known, multinational organisation is looking to expand its Customer Analytics team in London, and require an Insight Analyst. Previous experience will come from extensive use of SAS, SPSS & SQL. Your work will have a positive impact on the companys customer retention and drive targeted product management. The Role *You will have the opportunity to drive marketing decisions by providing customer segmentations for the business targeted marketing campaigns. *Working with large volumes of customer, campaign and loyalty data. *Focus on growing the predictive analysis capabilities. *Use advanced data mining and statistical techniques to acquire complex insight. *Effectively communicate your findings and present them to stakeholders. The Skills *Experience in Customer Insight with a Retail / FMCG background. *Experience using advanced Data Mining techniques and Statistical Analysis, including Predictive Analysis. *Experience analysing multi-million customer databases. *Experience working on campaign planning and campaign analytics *Strong experience with SAS, SPSS & SQL. *Ability to explain basic statistical terms to non-technical marketers. *Ability to convert detailed analysis into clear and actionable recommendations. *Strong academic background, ideally with a degree in statistics or computer science.
